VITOUR TIRES was founded in 2004, but our business experiences in tire industry extend to more than ten years ago. We are totally independent and completely focused on the needs of our customers.
Our mission is to design, manufacture and deliver a comprehensive line of high-quality tires, with a special focus on the work-tire segment of the industry. This will be achieved through a continued investment in technical know-how and technology, which will enable us to deliver the best tire for any given application. We will execute our strategy with integrity and an unparalleled commitment to our customers.
Our Factory
Founded in 2004, covering 600,000 square meters, with 2800 staff, SHANDONG ZHONGYI RUBBER CO., LTD has developed into a comprehensive professional enterprise and R&D center of producing high performance PCR, steel cord and conveyor belt. ZHONGYI is equipped with
world class equipment,such as Italy Rudolph calender, Japanese GOD mixing machine, Germany Troester extruding line, U.S.A Akron uniformity and dynamic balancing machine to make sure the best quality and most complete quality control system. PCR annual production capacity is 18 million and conveyor belt 25 million square meters. New TBR plant will be launched in 2018.
High standards and strict control lead to good quality products. ZHONGYI has been awarded ISO/IS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and ISO17025-- the highest standard for laboratory. Tires comply with DOT, E-MARK, ECE R117, GCC, INMETRO, BIS and SNI.
In 2012, ZHONGYI and APIC company established “CHINA-U.S.A TIRE TECHNOLOGY COOPERATION RESERCH CENTER. In 2015, ZHONGYI cooperated with TTA company to improve the design of tire structure, formula, and process and enhance quality control. At present, ZHONGYI has totally more than 500 sizes. SUV, UHP and snow tires are the star products. ZHONGYI is one of the few in the world who masters run-flat and leak-proof technology. To provide individual and customized services for clients and end users, ZHONGYI introduce Industry4.0. In 2015, ZHONGYI ranked No: 51 among the world's 100 top tire manufacturers.

Our service
Pre-sales service: To understand the needs of customers, we shall do early communication with customers, such as what kinds of tires customers need to buy, where to use, what types of preferences, and then to develop sales strategy according to the situation
Sales service: Patiently help customers select tires, introduce and make offer for tires, answer customer questions and reach the final order, make the production arrangement with the factory, follow in the whole production until the cargo is ready for delivery, contact customers to make shipment plan.
After sales service: Communicate with customers to see whether they have any comment regarding our tires; find new requirements, anticipate or create new requirements with customers, push forward the demand for our existing products and drive the development of our new products.
